Graybar is an employee owned company which has been around a long time, was incorporated in 1925. Some branches of this company seem to think it's still 1925. The branch in Canton, Ohio is more backwards than The Beverly Hillbillies. They seem to think that the way to manage the branch is to remove or demote employees who are hard working and whose values and ideas don't serve the best interest of the person in charge there.
