Honda Financial Services are the worst. There are some people in the department that do their jobs well, but most of the people in the department are rude and lie! I asked to speak to the department manager and someone got on the phone and claimed to be the department manager. I found out the following day the person claiming the manager wasn't. American Honda Financial services do not care about their customers. I am sorry I ever leased an Acura. I can't find a phone number for customer service only the run around.
