In my book customer service is everything. I was called by Tru Green and asked if I'd like a lime treatment on my yard for the winter. I said yes and also told him I was concerned about still having so many weeds in the yard after having their service for 2.5 years now. He told me they would do a service call "FREE OF CHARGE" and they'd wait until the end of Nov. to do the lime treatment since I just had a pre emergent treatment a few weeks prior.
