Hired Robert Carpenter to build a handicap ramp and repair/build deck. Paid services up front because he didn't have the funds to pay morgage. Built ramp but, didn't finish. He didn't finish screwing the boards to decking or preasure wash or seal the deck or ramp. also paid in advance for repairing or rebuilding stairs gave $900.00 for building materials that weren't purchased and $300.00 for the purchase of new air compressor. He later returned for more funds $500.00 to finish a project that he never started. He has filed for bankrupcy.. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. read full review »
