Order ink cartridges to the value of £16. Waited and no ink. Phoned if you can get through said will send more ink. That never arrived, every excuse under the sun for non delivery. Asked for refund was sent silly form fill it out sent it back, still no money. Got hold of him again after many, many phone calls gave him 5 days to refund my a/c still nothing.
