We were taken on a ride by this company back in April. We paid for a hotel and when we called and gave them our Confirmation Code, the hotel said they had not received a reservation for our family of 5 and further, warned that this was not the first time TripSupreme had done this. Getting in touch with the owner of TripSupreme was almost impossible and when we finally did, he had nothing but excuses but we still have not received our money back.
