I canceled my account back around May time frame and today I looked at my account and they have charged it for another $79.00 without approval. I contacted the representatives and they said there was a glitch in the system that caused of the individuals who had canceled their acocunts to be reactivated. When I talked to "MARY" she did say it would be refunded within 48 hours. I will advise this company right now that if this continues I will be filing a claim and getting with my lawyers.
