Ordered imaging drum. Item not delivered. Phoned company to ask why and was told it wasn't in stock. They offered to cancel order and I accepted this. They did not return money to my credit card. I have phoned three times and was given promises each time but still haven't received credit. I have contacted SAFEBUY who assure this site and have contacted North Somerset Consumer Protection.
