I ordered a pair of GHD's (hair Straighteners) on the 11th September 2009 for my Daughter;s birthday. Dispite the Royal mail delays, this company claim to dispatch 24hrs after you place your order, and they use parcel force & TNT to deliver. I have emailed several times and telephoned, but only got an answering service and no reply to any emails. Still to this date, no straighteners, no response, nothing. read full review »
