I purchased a Verizon "pay by use" phone and the CVS clerk recommended I purchase phone minutes for it so I puchased a $50 phone card. As this was a present for my 80 year old uncle, when I returned home and read the instructions, I felt this phone would be to complicated for him to use, so the same day I returned the phone but was told the $50 phone card I purchased with it was not refundable or exchangeable. I was not told that by the cashier clerk at the time of purchase. I strongly feel that the cashier clerk should have let me know at the time of purchase that there would be no refund if I wanted to return the item. read full review »
