I placed an order with Easy White for a "free sample". That's how it was advertised. No other terms or conditions were given. All I had to do was pay for shipping, which is how they got my credit card number. When additional charges started appearing on my credit card, I called to complain. I was told that I had been given the terms prior to purchase. This is absolutely not true. Nowhere did these or any terms appear on the ad for the free sample. I never would have agreed otherwise.
