We bought this washer about a year and a half ago. I paid alot of money for it. We have had one problem after another. The problems started a few months after we purchased it. It won't drain alot of the time. Sometimes the door locks and the clothes sit in water and you can't get the door to unlock to get them out. It will say nd and not drain.
