I bought a pair of Ecco shoes from Macy's for $140, more than I have ever spent on shoes. The good thing was that they were one of the most comfortable pair of shoes that I've ever had. However, the sole of the left shoe is starting to peel away from the rest of the shoe. They are only 3 months old. Being that I threw away the receipt after having them for a month I suppose I could send them to Ecco under their 1 year warranty. But after reading reviews on here about their customer service I'll probably just super-glue the damn things back together. read full review »
