I put the exact amount on my prepaid debt card to have my nautral gas turned back on. When I started to pay the bill it was declined. I checked the activity on the card and found a $79.00 charge from this bogus company. I have called them multiple times and get a recording stating that all their representatives are busy, please hold. After holding for several minutes the recording comes on again and states that they are all busy and for me to leave a message and a rep will contact me as soon as possible.
