They had all the information (transcripts from two Canadian universities) October 28. I phoned and they said it would be sent out within 3 days. A week later, I checked online and saw that due to a misunderstanding/incorrect assumption on their part about some info on one of the transcripts, my record was awaiting yet another transcript from an institution which I never attended.
