Back in July, I started to notice that there was a $12.00 charge on my Jessica London card. I review all the charges on my card monthly and was concerned as to why this charge suddenly appeared on my statement. I called Jessica London right away to try and rectify the situation and was told that there were actually 3 charges on my statement totaling $36.00. They said that "since this is a third party billing company" that I would need to call them and take care of crediting my store card.
