Dyson is a poor customer relations oriented company. They will not sell repair parts to owners of the products. The company phone reps are RUDE and actually cut me off after telling me to wait a moment. They want you to ship product around the world for simple tiny repairs. They won't even authorize local reapir shops to do repairs. I have a near new DC14 that has a tempormental on/off switch, very simple 2 screws and 20 seconds to remove it.
