Ordered a ring 9/29, paying extra for 3-day ups. Website says they won't bill until they ship. They billed 10/6 and sent via snail mail 10/13. Liked the ring when it arrived until one of the side stones fell out just a few days later. Sent ring back 10/28 with assurances that it would be repaired and sent back within a week (wasn't). Called 11/16 and was promised it would go out 11/17 via overnight. Told them I would require my money back if not received by 11/19 (wasn't).
