I purchased the fabric protection plan for a sofa. I needed a spot cleaned on a cushion. The person that came to clean it took the one cushion outside. When he brought it back in he had burned a hole in the cushion from his exhaust pipe. It took 8 weeks for rcwilley to get a new cover for the cushion and when it came the color did not match. rcwilley never did make it right. read full review »
