DO NOT STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IN DOWTOWN HOUSTON LOCATED AT 1810 BELL STREET, and if you do and have a problem do not rely on the hotel manager, Sam Rehman, to resolve your issue or for that matter for him to care about anything but making money. He fraudulently charged my credit card for a room I did not authorize or purchase, and when I called him to ask for a credit back to my card, he said he would check the video tapes and get back to me and proceeded to accuse me of trying to get a free room.
