A repair person came out checked the microwave and told me of the problem, she thought she had the part on the truck, but could not find it . She said she would emergency order it and UPS would deliver it Tuesday. Monday night when I got home there was a message to call a 8oo number. I called and the person I talked to said If I got the parts to call tomorrow.
