Beware of this law firm. They guaranteed 100% refund if attroney failed to negotiate the Loan modification. It's in the contract also, once the Lender denied Loan modification Law firm stopped respodning to email, voice mails, faxes, letters. Even after 8 weeks of demanding refund, So far they haven't responded also refinded my money. I advise everyone to stay away from this firm.
