Almost one year ago Brothers in San Juan Capistrano Ca. did some " work" on our Toyota Tricel so it would pass smog inspection. It came to 900. 00 ! They installed a rotor, not sure what a rotor is, or why it was needed. Another thing we found after looking under the hood when we got home, was a small foil hose peice attached to something near the engine.
