Jorge Pulecio is an irresponsible breeder. I purchased a bulldog last January and brought the puppy to the vet within 24 hours only to find that she had a congenital cardiac disease, stage 4 pulmonic stenosis. I contacted Jorge and he initially did ignore the calls after 2 days he finally responded and suggested that we meet at his vet, I told him that would not be acceptable since his vet missed this just a few days before. Eventually I did have to return the puppy to him after many phone calls, he did not refund me fully for the vet bill... read full review »
