We made an appointment to have our TV fixed with P.C.Richards.We took the day off and waited. When they did not show up we called and they claimed they couldn't find our name. Promised to come in a few hours and did not. When we called again they told us they called and no one was home. Big Lie! Promised to come again and still never showed up. We have been their customers for over 20 years! We will never patronize this company again and will tell anyone who will listen not to buy there either. read full review »
