They charged my credit card (79.84)without my permission for product I didn't purchase. I didnt event receive the trial product. I have been calling them since early December trying to get a refund and have not received anthing as of today. There is never a manager or supervisor around to take my call. The representatives keep telling me that the refund is being processed well we all know it does not take that long for a refund to go back on the card. I will CALL THEM EVERYDAY until I get this settled. read full review »
