I have never heard of VBL*AlterFunds.com 800-5098579 FL, but this company charged me $29.95 on my CapitalOne Visa Card on Oct 15, 2009. I called the 800 number which is being listed the monthly billing statement of the Visa Card, a staff took my call and kept asking me to give her my private information for verification before asked me what kind of help that I was looking for.
