Litton loans approved a loan modification for us. Mailed us the paperwork, we paid them 2 weeks early. Then 5 days later they wrote us a letter saying that their investors changed their mind. They said our house was worth too much. It is over 100, 000 in the red right now. They give different reasons. We hired an attorney, had no choice. Breach of contract and fraud.
