I ordered a pet bed from petsfact.com It has been over 2 weeks and they have not processed my order. The charge to my credit card is pending. So I cant just forget about this purchase and buy the same product from a different site. I have emailed the company and have not gotten any responces. Also, there is no address or phone # on the website. The only contact info is the email address and you wont get a responce. The website offers free shipping...sure it's free when they dont ever send you your order! Beware of this asleep site. read full review »
