In 2007 I entered into a merchant service agreement and equipment lease agreement with First Data Corporation thru my bank, Republic Bank and Trust Company in Louisville, Ky. The lease was misrepresented initially and after the failure of my business I have been unable to speak with anyone in authority about the termination of the lease.
