I too ordered shoes on December 11th for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Needless to say, I never received the shoes nor can I get in touch with anyone. When I call the number I get the v-mail and it tells you to e-mail for a quicker response but I have not gotten that either. I have called numerous times and I have e-mail numerous times. I am very disappointed and disgusted with this company. My daughter was really looking forward to getting these shoes.
