I went to Smoky Mountains and used tntresorts.com for hotel reservation.They charged me around 40$ for 2 nights excluded taxes.I checked my credit card statement after few weeks and they charged $338.I called them and they said that there is a tour for one and half hour and i did not attend that tour so they charged $338 to me. $338 is huge amount.Company CEO's may get the salary like this.I dont know the special in the tour.This completely SACM.I suggest to everybody dont use this website www.tentresorts.com for hotel reservation. read full review »
