I ordered teeth whiting product pen and when speaking to rep. he asked me if I knew after 14 days I would be deducted 75.00 from my bank account. I said, No. So I cancelled not more than 3 minutes later. I was told I could cancel but I would still be charged the 75.00 unless I mail back product within 14days. It took a week to receive product in mail I mailed back overnight through U.S.postal with certified receipt. I also received a cancellation email. That was on 11/04/09.
