On 30 July 2009 I opened an account with 007 Inks and ordered an ink cartridge. I encountered a problem when I got to the payment details page and received an email from them to say that payment hadn't gone through and if I still wanted to proceed with the order to click on the link. I did this and received a confirmation email and then another email to say the cartridge had been dispatched. It's now 10 August 2009 and I've still not received the cartridge and have just discovered from my bank that I've been charged twice! read full review »
