Ordered ink from their website and it hasn't arrived. Their email address is not valid and their phone number (if you can get through) has a recorded message telling you to email them your complaint! Should have realised it was a dodgy site as they go to great efforts to suggest that Royal Mail often mislay goods. read full review »
