I have never dealt with such a group of incompetents in my life. I mailed them a prescription on 10/17. After 2 or 3 calls, on or about 11/3, I was under the impression they had been straightened out with regard to their confusion and they would fill the prescription. Because my credit card had not been charged for the amount of the prescription, I called on 11/10 to check the status and discovered nothing had been done.
