Not surprised that there are so many other complaints about this company. I paid for the goods online and they didn't arrive. When I tried to contact the company, their phone is always engaged and emails are undelivered because the company Inbox can't take any more. Not sure that sending a letter is going to be another waste of money but interested to see if that will be returned too. This is obviously a familiar story with other people with this company. I'd be interested to know if anyone else managed to get a refund or made any progress registering this as fraud? read full review »
