I contacted Sears Home Repair Service to schedule a date for them to install a part on my tractor. They gave me a date and a time range from 8am to 12 noon. We waited around until 3:30pm when they finally called and said "they were overbooked" and needed to reschedule. I contacted the 1-800-4my-home number and ended up speaking with someone in a foreign country who was supposed to be helpful.
