I called US Bank Mortgage department at 9am PST which went straight to hold music for 20 minutes. Agent "one" transferred me to agent "two", then was sent to agent "three" upon being told that the loan in question might be held by Option One. Agent "four" comes on the line and tells me to talk to a "loan specialist", which is who I asked for 20 minutes prior.
