The following message I sent to a TaxMasters rep after 9 months of dealing with lie, after lie, negligence, false representation, and much more. I have been strung along with the hopes that "any day" my tax issue would be resolved. I kept telling myself these are professionals, they deal with this kind of thing all the time, they know what they're doing, they even have a commercial on TV promising to resolve and releive people of their tax problems.
