I'm in the middle of a horrible purhcase experience with Ethan Allen -- complete bait and switch. They quoted me a price for a sofa, and we agreed to the price and ordered it. A week later the contract came in the mail-- it was for $600 more (excluding tax) than we agreed to. After, multiple phone calls, the sales person is feigning completed memory loss re: the price we purchased it for!
