I ordered the obligatory 2 lbs of coffee for $9 - got my coffee that week and then saw a charge on my bank account for $38.95. I called and cancelled my membership with then on July 31st. As of this date 11/24/09 - I have still not recieved my refund. I have called them 7 times and they continually tell me it will be 3-5 busines days for my refund - I am reporting them to the better business bureau today. read full review »
