I am a freight broker out of Olathe, KS and I contracted this company to haul a load for me out of IA to KS. 1 Week after I was told by the company the load delivered (followed up with a fax of the BOL) I come to find out this load really never delivered and the driver had an accident. The night the load picked up the driver was on his way down from IA with the load and it was raining very hard, the driver lost control and turned the truck upside down and the highway was littered with Soda Pop.
