I placed an order with Newtrients21 for a $40 bottle of a particular health supplent. They processed the charge against my credit card but never sent me the merchandise. In response to emails and a phone call I got reassuring words, but I never got my merchandise. Worse, the president of this young company, Steve Jones, sent me and other customers email bad-mouthing his former employer, SupplementSpot, for THEIR supposed dishonesty. I consider this business tactic to be in bad taste to begin with, but coupled with the way Newtrients21 ripped me off on my order, this just adds insult to injury! read full review »
