I shipped a letter on on November 12, 2009 using a flat-rate Priority Mail envelope with delivery confirmation from Staten Island to WI. Today is 25 November. The last available information is that this letter left the facility in Jersey City, NJ on November 16. I made 4 complains so far to the USPS customer service. I wonder if this department is alive. For the period of time May 2009 - November 2009 I sent five priority mail letters. On of them went to the destination in 18 days. This is the second time.
