We have Pella Casement windows installed in our new home in 1998. Five Double Windows are rotted out at the bottom. Another has a defective bracket. Two more sets of double windows have something growing between the double glass. One set of windows is so rotten the locking mechinism is almost the only thing holding them in. read full review »
