I have spent thousands for over a year attempting to resolve and old debt with Cavalary. I've now spent more than the debt in attorney fees for an unsecured credit card that has been on and off my credit report for years. I'm beginning to wonder if my attorney works with them because it makes no sense this can't be resolved. I don't understand and my attorney (who's held $4000 of my money since April) says it's getting close...I'm lost. Please help or offer advice. Do I need a new atty?
