I ordered a helmet and seat bag in September. I have never received the items to date nor have I ever received any contact or expanation from the complany about these items. I received an order ID and confirmation they had received their funds but nothing else. I cannot find any way to contact them by telephone and no email has been answered. This is the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Surely, there must be some sort of punative action that can be taken for such blatent and arrogant people.
