I'm very upset with this company. When making arrangements to pay an over due amount on my student loan I agreed to pay $220 per month. I had to make an itial payment of $100 as a good faith payment. The company collected the $100 and in the same month collect a partial payment of the agreed amount of $220. I told them that I would pay the remaining balance on the following month along with my payment of $220.
