Highly unethical business practices; complete lack of customer service -They state they ship within 1 business day; over 1 week later no product shipped -Sent an email with tracking numbers; but no product has been shipped. No mention in the email that the product has been delayed or back ordered. -Credit card was charged but again without any product being shipped When you call there is no explanation of why they charge your card when no product has shipped. They do not apologize or try to make it up in any other way. They cannot tell you when your product will ship. Avoid these guys and spend your money elsewhere. read full review »
